US Shipping
- Free shipping within the US on orders over $150.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by Jackalo only in the case of exchanges of US order, and within 15 days of delivery. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
- We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days of purchasing. All US orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
- When the purchase is shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking number.
- Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery within the US.
Global Shipping
- Free shipping worldwide for orders over $350.
- We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days of purchasing.
- We are mindful that you do not want to spend a lot of money on shipping. Given this, for international shipments we will only use tracking upon customer request, and the customer will be responsible for the additional cost. Please email us prior to purchase if you want tracking included with your shipping. We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
- Please allow 3-5 weeks from ship date for delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for all duties and tariff costs imposed by their country. Jackalo will not be held responsible for these costs, and will not accept returns due to duties or tariffs. Shipping delays may occur due to customs.
