We stand by the durability of Jackalo products. If your daredevil rips the knees or somehow damages the clothes (other than stains or typical wear and tear), we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 6 months of purchase (the customer will be responsible for return shipping).

Mail your item to the address provided in the confirmation email. You are responsible for paying this shipping cost.
Repaired + Returned
Jackalo covers the cost of mending and returning your item to you (if within 6 months of purchase). You'll receive your item back by mail, as good as new!
