Returns & Exchanges

Our guarantee: If your Jackalo pants rip within6 months of purchase we will repair them free of charge.

Take a moment to read through our policy, it’s a bit different from many of the large online stores--and we’ve put a lot of thought into it!

  • We stand by the durability of Jackalo products. If your daredevil rips the knees or somehow damages the pants (other than stains or typical wear and tear), we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 6 months of purchase (the customer will be responsible for return shipping). Please contact us prior to sending the item to receive an authorization code (note that this authorization does not include return shipping, please see below.)
  • Items that are new, unworn/unused, and purchased within the US are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of delivery. We must be notified prior to the return in order to receive a return authorization form. (Shipping costs are excluded from the refund or store credit value.) Items marked FINAL SALE and gift cards may not be returned. 
  • Return shipping costs will be paid by Jackalo only in the case of exchanges of US orders, and within 15 days of delivery. 
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization. If they are received after this time, the customer may select a store credit or refund MINUS a restocking fee of 50% off the original purchase amount.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns if received within 14 days of return authorization.
  • All new and unworn/unused items purchased outside of the US are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of delivery. We must be notified prior to the return in order to provide return authorization.
  • We will not be held responsible for any items that are returned to us without previous notification or authorization, nor items returned without tracking on the package.
  • At any time, we will accept your used Jackalo items in exchange for a $15 credit on a future purchase of a single item. Please contact us prior to sending the item for authorization. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs at this time.
