Our guarantee: If your Jackalo™ item rips within 6 months of purchase we will repair or replace them free of charge.
Take a moment to read through our policy, it’s a bit different from many of the large online stores--and we’ve put a lot of thought into it!
- We stand by the durability of Jackalo™ products. If your daredevil rips the knees or somehow damages the pants (other than stains or typical wear and tear), we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 6 months of purchase (the customer will be responsible for return shipping). Please contact us prior to sending the item to receive an authorization code (note that this authorization does not include return shipping, please see below.)
- Full price items that are new, unworn/unused purchased, and purchased within the US or the EU are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. We must be notified prior to the return in order to receive a return authorization form.
- All new and unworn/unused items purchased outside of the US or the EU are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 15 days of delivery. We must be notified prior to the return in order to send provide a return authorization form.
- Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless there was an issue on our end (clothes damaged before or during delivery or some other mistake made by our team.) We will not be held responsible for any items that are returned to us without previous notification or authorization, nor items returned without tracking on the package.
- At any time, we will accept your used, unstained Jackalo™ items in exchange for a 20% discount on a future purchase of a single item. Please contact us prior to sending the item for an authorization code.
