    Returns

    • Start a Return
    • Items that are new, unworn/unused, and purchased within the US are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of fulfillment.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and subject to a $9 label fee. As a small business, we strive to keep our prices accessible and fair for all our customers. Because we don’t have the scale of larger retailers, we aren’t able to absorb the full cost of return shipping, so a $9 label fee helps offset a portion of the expenses involved in receiving returns. This will not be charged on exchanges.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE and gift cards may not be returned.
    • All returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization. If they are received after this time, the customer may select a store credit or refund MINUS a restocking fee of 50% off the original purchase amount.
    • We will not be held responsible for any items that are returned to us without previous notification or authorization, nor items returned without tracking on the package.

    Exchanges

    • Return shipping costs will be paid by Jackalo only in the case of exchanges of US orders, and within 30 days of fulfillment. 
    • All new and unworn/unused items purchased outside of the US are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of fulfillment. We must be notified prior to the return in order to provide return authorization.

    Guarantee

    • We stand by the durability of Jackalo products. If your daredevil rips the knees or somehow damages the clothes (other than stains or typical wear and tear), we will repair or replace the product free of charge within 6 months of purchase (the customer will be responsible for return shipping). Please contact us prior to sending the item to receive authorization.

    TradeUP/Circularity

    • Start a TradeUp
    • In our TradeUp program we accept back all Jackalo clothes regardless of condition in exchange for store credit. If the item cannot be repaired and resold, we will give you a $5 store credit as a thank you for recycling with us. Otherwise, you'll receive the amount listed on our TradeUp page, minus any shipping charges.

    Voluntary Product Recall Notice – Snap Component

    Jackalo is issuing a voluntary recall of the snap component on the Nickie shorts in Dark Olive in sizes 4 and up, due to a small number of customer reports of snap breakage during normal use. No injuries have been reported, and the product is not intended for children under age 3.

    We are offering free repairs, optional preventative snap replacement, and enhanced TradeUp credit for families who have outgrown the item.
