With the rapidly changing situation with Covid-19, our goal is to keep our customers informed about what steps we are taking and provide up-to-date shipping information.
We are closely monitoring the situation and following local guidance and law as circumstances evolve. As of March 30, we are still processing orders. While typically we process orders from the US and the Netherlands, currently all orders will be processed from the Netherlands. Nevertheless, no additional shipping fees will be charged to our customers. Standard shipping rates still apply.

What safety precautions are being taken? All orders will be processed by our founder, who has been maintaining strict social distancing for over two weeks. Surfaces in the processing area are routinely wiped down with disinfectant, based on WHO and CDC guidelines. Items will be packed with clean hands and while wearing a face mask.
Will there be shipping delays? All packages will be processed in the usual time frame (1-3 days) and shipped out 2-3 times per week, in order to minimize exposure both of our founder and shipping providers. Unfortunately, orders shipped to the US will likely experience longer than usual delays in customs. We apologize for this inconvenience!
